Delivery dates and times:
The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and all over Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno). For the rest of Greece, the delivery hours of each Transport Company apply.
Receipt of products:
Place your order by 15:00 Monday to Friday and the Lovehair.gr sends your order the next business day to cities:
• Athens*
• Thessaloniki
• Patras
• Larissa
• In the capitals of the prefectures of Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymnon)
• Within 2 to 3 working days in mainland Greece and Crete (in the Capitals of the Prefectures), islands, as long as the products you have ordered are available. For example, if you are in a Capital of the Prefecture and order until 15:00 on Tuesday you will receive on Thursday -Friday while in remote areas and villages you will receive on Monday - Tuesday. In case you want to receive your order faster, we can send it to you via courier at your extra charge
• Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε μεταφορική εταιρεία της προτίμησης σας με την οποία το www.lovehair.gr δε συνεργάζεται τότε τα έξοδα μεταφοράς επιβαρύνουν το πελάτη ανεξάρτητα αν η παραγγελία ξεπερνάει τα 37€.
Shipping Costs / Free Delivery:
Για παραγγελίες άνω των 37€ τα μεταφορικά έξοδα είναι δωρεάν για όλη την Ελλάδα. Για παραγγελίες κάτω των 37€ το κόστος διαμορφώνεται ως εξής:
• For the cities of Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno) the cost is 3 €.
• For the rest of Greece the shipping cost is calculated according to the volume and weight of the order.
Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed to be sent by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order of ours may "stick" to its transportation, so we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order to you without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.
The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the products we exhibit in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that he is removing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.
In times of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
In case it is impossible to telephone and / or by e-mail (e-mail) communication with you (if there is a problem in your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because eg your details that you have entered are not properly updated.
Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition, the product must be sealed (if available with a safety cap) and unused. Before each return it is recommended to consult with the Online Storewww.lovehair.gr. In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: contact on the same day or the next working day with the Online Store at customersupport @lovehair.gr
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can back "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "Remove" button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call the 2310254646 and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order. After receiving the product, call us at the 2310254646 or contact us through the e-mail form of the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it then contact the Customer Service Department at 2310254646 and provide the details of your order. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
PAYMENT METHODS
To pay for your orders you can choose one of the following secure ways:
- Cash on delivery. You will pay the price of the order to the partner of the courier company who will deliver it to you. Extra charge regardless of the amount of the order is 2€.
- Credit card. In cooperation with the secure electronic transaction system of banks Alpha Bank & Eurobank the Lovehair.gr enables you to pay for your order with your credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS.
- PayPal. Through the popular trading platform your payment is made quickly and with absolute security.
