Θα πρέπει να κλείνετε ένα ραντεβού με τον κομμωτή σας κάθε 6-8 εβδομάδες προκειμένου να κουρέψει τις άκρες, να αφαιρέσει τα σπασίματα ή και την ψαλίδα και να βοηθήσει την τρίχα να αναπτυχθεί. Αυτό ισχύει ακόμη και αν θέλετε να μακρύνετε τα μαλλιά σας: όταν τα μαλλιά είναι υγιή και λαμβάνουν την σωστή περιποίηση, αλλά και διατροφή, τότε μεγαλώνουν! Δεν είναι λίγες όμως οι κυρίες που το παρακάνουν με το λούσιμο… Η συχνότητα που θα βοηθήσει τα μαλλιά σας να παραμείνουν υγιή είναι 1-2 φορές την εβδομάδα. Αν λούζεστε πολύ συχνά τότε η τρίχα με την πάροδο του χρόνου θα αποδυναμωθεί και θα δείτε σπασίματα και φθορές στις άκρες των μαλλιών σας.

Εκτός από τη συχνότητα θα πρέπει να δώσετε προσοχή και στον τρόπο που λούζεστε. 4. ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΩΜΕΝΗ ΦΡΟΝΤΙΔΑ ΜΕ CONDITIONER

Τα επαγγελματικά προϊόντα φροντίδας των μαλλιών είναι τα πιο κατάλληλα για τα μαλλιά λόγω της ειδικά σχεδιασμένης σύστασής τους που είναι πλούσια σε θρεπτικά και ενυδατικά στοιχεία.

Τυλίξτε τα μαλλιά σας σε μια στεγνή πετσέτα και αφήστε την για 5 λεπτά  προκειμένου να απορροφήσει την υγρασία. Κατόπιν χρησιμοποιήστε την πετσέτα ταμποναριστά για να στεγνώσετε τα μαλλιά σας. Ακολουθεί το πιστολάκι στη μεσαία σκάλα, χειμώνα-καλοκαίρι: με ζεστό κεφάλι το κρυολόγημα το έχετε στο τσεπάκι αν βγείτε έξω αμέσως, χώρια που με μεσαία θερμοκρασία θα έχετε πιο λαμπερά μαλλιά. 

6. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΣΤΟ ΞΕΜΠΕΡΔΕΜΑ

Η ακατάλληλη διαχείριση των μαλλιών είναι τις περισσότερες φορές υπεύθυνη για την πρόκληση φθορών και σπασιμάτων. Οπότε μην τραβάτε βίαια τα μαλλιά με την βούρτσα για να τα ξεμπερδέψετε.
